Fred is the modern day Mountain Man. Blazing the trail for all hunters but especially for bowhunters.

I remember reading he hunted the first archery only season in Michigan and was only one of a few that took a deer. Every year for a long time hunter numbers climbed each year. I bought an old Bear recurve years ago that was made in grayling. Wanted one to hang up has a collectors item. Good Michigan history

My first bow was a old bear Jennings. I used to shoot ground hogs, doves, anything that moved really. Them old aluminum arrows flew bent too lol. The good ole days!!!!!
It's all fun and games till someone looses an eye..... then its just fun
