Predator, that was a buck we chased around home for a long time. He had one really messed up leg, front leg with a birth defect, it was only 8" long and just hung limp. He limped around, but could run fine. I had him at 15 yards when he was a year and a half old and was going to take him out but he never gave me a shot. After that we saw him every year and got plenty of pics of him, even found most of his sheds. We gave hime the name Freakhorn cause his rack was so wild looking. Smart bugger bedded near the houses, either by mine or my Dad's, and I swear he watched us when we went hunting - he'd always be seen somwhere else. Finally slipped up when he was 5 1/2, during the early stages of the rut, and I got an arrow in him. Very neat to know a deer that well and chase him for so long!

Yes, you are correct those are my sheds . That feller was never shot that we know of . Those were found about 8 years ago. not the original buck but still my best trophy to date . I also have the typical shed from the year before ,he scores 88 6/8 typical . That is actually the NS record shed .
