I did some scouting in some public land and there are three primary crops: Corn, soybeans, and a third. Can anyone help identify what this crop is?
A follow up is that I'm completely new to hunting ag. When do deer typically hit the fields to eat standing corn and soybeans? The field edges were loaded with deer tracks and a ton of bedding transitioning from field edge/brushy thickets.
Thanks!
