I think Lou needs to get Dan some stealth strips for his rest.

Dan great Video. After watching it a couple of time and seeing the early Nov time frame. Do you think the buck was winding you? It almost looked to me like he was smelling the ground and possibly urinating on his hocks like I have seen a ton of times. was there a scrape or licking branch at the little tree he stopped by at or perhaps a rub. Almost looks like a scent post set up for Fox or Coyote at that location. He didn't seem all that shook up as he contyinued on his merry way until he met the Muzzy!

That little tree was a scrape that the buck would visit before heading the direction he went which would of taken him to the trail camera... However, I would of expected him to stay at the scrape longer and my opinion was that he likely caught my wind. At the scrape it was cutting pretty close.

Chad and I went down to Andraes before airing the show to get some feedback from him... His wife Lisa thought the Possum ending was great and she just about fell over laughing at the "bye, bye, possum comment.

this is the down to earth show that i like very much.
i don't watch most of the farm hunts on tv now,but this is real to me...good job for sure.

the "tip" about watching his back trail is real too.
noticed after the bed ,there's not much of a blood trail ,but it looked as if you knew he was headed back to where he came from!

maybe after he jumped that fence ,he more than likely fell down to the water.

and you did luck out on the wind....looked like he knew something wasn't right.

good shot in the windy conditions ..not an easy shot...congrads.

Don't know if everybody noticed, but you can sign up for an email list on the show page and get an email when each new show is up.

I loved it Dan and the concept behind it. My ? is why did you think that buck was bedding at the end of the field?? Not knowing the lay of the land I was just wondering.. Also it was great for you to show how the buck bedded behind the rock and watched his back trial for what hurt him simplely awesome shot you did and that is exactly why alot of guys loose there deer.. Keep up the great work..Walt
