Hmmmm if this spot has as much pressure as you guys are saying I might have to adjust some of my scouting points, maybe move them a little further back into the real wet stuff.

I think social areas are common in any whitetail's home range. These are areas deer congrigate and leave alot of scent around to let each other know who's around. There may not be any major sign post rubs or scrapes either. Mostly related around the does though I think. Most of the social areas I find are close to doe bedding and/or feeding areas.
These are some of the spot's I've been concentrating on the last couple years. Durring the rut they are fantasic.
