I just saw a 30+" wide buck shot on TV. Now I'm wondering......
What's the widest spread ever recorded?
What's the longest tine, main beam?
What's the biggest circumference?
Anyone?

The widest Whitetail I have ever seen was Mitch Rompola's which if I remember right was a 38" outside spread.(not sure what the inside spread was)

But depending on who you talk to that deer was fake. :roll:

I remember a rack that was found near where I live that measured 30" tip to tip (the main beams never curled back in) and one of the tips was chewed off by rodents so it was even wider.

Just recently a guy in Ohio shot a buck with a ML that had the longest MB. I'll have to look it up.

This "Big Red" is the widest spread i can recall, saw it in the Legendary Whitetails Book.

i also saw that the Dwight Green buck had the largest inside spread (30 3/8") and the Ronald Martin buck had the largest outside spread (37") Can't find any pics tho
