anybody else read this book??

very cutting edge stuff for the early 80's

he was doing year round scouting, using airplanes for flyovers (long before google earth), locating transition zones, taking the stand in and out with him, moving stands based on wind, hunting with the moon phase, shooting year round, etc.

it's really a good read for any serious bowhunter and sure makes you thankful for all the technology we have to make scouting easier!

Still lives in Winona, MN to the best of my knowledge. I always loved his camo too. Couldn't afford it back when it was made though.
