Video of my brother shooting nice buck with bow
Hey everyone. This video is from last Monday night 9-27-10. My brother set up on the ground on top of a ridge where we have a foodplot. This nice 8 point buck named "bowtie" came in and my brother shot him but the shot was high in shoulder blade. We left him overnight then looked for 6 hours the next day never finding him. Very low blood trail as well. I guess its the truth about hunting if you hunt long enough wounding an animal will happen. Cool video though I just thought I would share with you guys.

Must have seen that guy from the front before.
Great name for him.
Too bad on the loss, hopefully he makes it, I couldn't tell where the hit was.

Nice video!! Boy, that buck sure had you guy's pegged but I don't think that affected the shot since he did not seem to jump the string. Too bad....hopefully you can still find him but a shoulder shot is very tough tracking.
