I told my son to invite some folks, well now it's grown into a full blown bring the wife n kids party.
I thought, ok, where am I gonna get enough meat to feed this crew?
A friend mentioned he was having trouble with 4 hogs running his deer off the corn. He didn't know about the party but asked if we wanted one if he killed one - PERFECT!

First wild hog I ever skinned out. Nice size - 125 #? made about 50# of meat.
Any tips on smoking it?
