I was doing some scouting on Friday and was hiking around and got the !@#$ scared out of me when a heard a raquet not 4 feet from me and a hen turkey was hung up in her nest trying to get free. She worked her way out and took off and left me with this surprise. Won't be long for polts. Really cool find. Ten eggs. hopefully some future giants in there somewhere.

I chucked when I saw this.

I found a nest 4 days ago with 11 eggs. She didn't "explode" until I was 10 yards from her.

I noticed different sizes of the eggs slightly and some had a pink tint to them. I wonder if she had just laid them?
