Awesome bird. Can't wait for the fine details. Beards were definitely dragging in the snow most of the winter. My 4 man group shot 3 birds last weekend and most were worn pretty decent after 7 inches. These were all central WI birds (much more snow).

The 24 lb'r I shot last weekend was definitely a 3+ year old...he didn't call well and required a careful stalk. I'm not a hardcore turkey hunter. How do you tell between a 3 and 4? Older? I have no idea. I only know the 2 year olds call REALLY easy and average about 18-20 lbs. Don't want to hyjack this thread too bad, but curious.
