Really cool hunt! Did its fan look like a jake? Its beard was big like a m but that fan looked odd. Neat hunt all around and great job. I am not as patient as you are. I would probably have tried to get closer to that bird, but then again public land hunting and having others cut you off does that too you and makes you get that sense of eagerness. Hats off to you for waiting.

Great shot on the ground hog too. Way to "earn your keep" I am sure the land owner is pleased.
