Hope your having better luck than me MT008

Birds are unresponsive, wary, and do not seem to be activly breeding. I have been seeing vary few gobblers but lots of lone hens. When I call at gobblers they run. :? Lots of pressure... Trucks parked every where...

Didn't have a chance to post last night but we got one small Tom last night. We had 13 birds come in around 4:30 yesterday after noon.. lots of hens and 4 small Toms. Got a good shot on one of the Tom's. My buddy still has a tag left so we a in blind today trying for another.

Other critters out and about.. saw 4 doe and one buck... the buck was so curious he walked across the field to us and stopped at 50 yrds... pretty cool. I will get some pics up when I get home.

Your having better luck than me... Stalked A hen and had another come by a set up... Still no toms. So, I will have to put the gun away and try the bow  Going over to a friends place that is in a bow only area this afternoon.

No other action this afternoon, just some hens milling around... had a coyote sneak peek at our decoys about 75 yards out...

2 for 1 this morning. Been watching numerous toms compete this morning since fly down. Had 3 toms come in together after beating the crap out of other birds. What a morning! 2 birds! One shot! Had to do a follow up shot, but hey! I'll take it!
