Archery jake this morning

Unread postby Mountain Man » Mon Apr 30, 2012 6:05 am

It's been a frustrating 3rd period for me with the bow. I had several close encounters with mature toms and jakes the last few days but those didn't work out. A group of 7 jakes came in this morning and only 6 left. 20 yard shot. 5 inch beard. I'll post the story at a later date.

Good job on the bow bird.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

No. 1 this year. I'll be trying again later in the WI season.
