So I finally got around to thawing one of the hens I shot this year and I thought it would be neat to show the entrance and exit holes without the skin.
I shot this hen quartering away with a Muzzy MX3 Broadhead.

The Pictures reinforce the "higher is better" mentality when it comes to shot placement on turkeys. As you can see from the exit hole, the broadhead clipped the heart and lungs and the bird dropped in it's tracks. Also, very little meat was damaged.
