No I don't...You never know though, about spookin' a bear off a bait. Look at some dogs when you bother them when they are eatin', and these are mans best friends....come to think of it when you disturb some people when they're eatin' could be scary too

I have not in past but with the new conceal law I will be carrying since I can have it loaded under cloths or in backpack. I will especially want it handy if we are able to get wolf tags.

I do but I'd say it is more for wolves than bear. Either way it gives me a sense of security!

I have only bear hunted in Canada and it's tough to get a pistol across the border. So no, never carried a side arm while bear hunting.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
