Can Black Bears See UV?

Unread postby Horizontal Hunter » Thu Sep 06, 2018 1:09 am

I know that the research says that black bears can see in color but I haven’t seen anything regarding UV.

What have you seen, read, and think?

Humans have a UV filter in our eyes but as far as I know, no animal has been found to have UV filtering.
