Anyone try getting a leftover surplus license? I tried and was unsuccessful but my dad got lucky and got one. Our normal group consists of anywhere from 4 to 10 people. This year we have 3 for sure hunting and maybe even 6 depending if our cousin hunts with us or not. There was 40 leftover tags just for the area I hunt. The most I've ever saw. The surplus/leftover license's were gone in all the area's in 14 seconds.

I KNOW I set an appointment on Microsoft Outlook to pick up a surplus tag but it's not there anymore. So, no, I was not successful. Didn't even try.
