Cool pic, I wonder if that bear knows how much contrast its black fur has against the white snow.

I wonder if more bears will be up and moving now that temps are gonna be close to 50 next week.

we've had a few out yet in Bowler, WI as well. We have a lot of standing corn yet plus it hasn't been that cold.

Looks like his back right leg is facing in at an uncomfortable angle. Weird its not snoozing by now.
Be in the woods as often as you can....and as long as you can!

That is an awesome pic. I wonder if the camera was out for deer and he just happened to catch a bear or if that was a spot he expected to see one if it was out.
