I only have 2 points to hunt this spot and it takes at least 4. I dont know if I can wait that long.

I fell in love with that stump when I was there.

Oh, this spot is only about 2 1/2 hours north of me. And I live in SE Michigan (some call it Detroit, even though I am an hour north).

Dang that thing looks huge! He looks well over 400lbs to me but I'm probably wrong.

No John, you are dead on, very close. Extremely nice bear here. As most of us on here have heard different ways of judging the size of bears, most have heard this one "little ears big bear" this is a prime example in picture #1 why I don't believe in that example, look at the size of those ears on that big bear, "big bears, big ears". I think one of the better ways to judge the size is the gap between the belly and ground but when you have a really big bear like this one come in you should automatically know its a big bear.
