A sow with 4 cubs!

Not un herd of but I thought it is cool. Hopefully many more years of good hunting and cub producers. I like the ones where they are standing up.

I hadn't seen 4 before either till I pulled a card today. Not many bears around my parts until the last few years and now they seem to be getting more abundant. Cute little guys...

I got video of a sow with 5... Not to often you see more than 3

I will get it up sooner or later... I think there is a clip of them in the promo for the new Extreme bear tactics show we are doing... That will air within the next couple weeks. Its actually a cool clip. I did not film it, it was a friend of mine near Bayfield Wisconsin. He was deer hunting over bait and tried to scare the bears away and a couple of the cubs went up his tree and got above him with an angry sow below...

Sow's with cub's are about the only thing that concern's me. Meghan will have a 30/06 and I'll probably bring my XDM in .40 cal. just in-case. We already had a bear knock down one of our blind's.

a guy at archery league has a picture of a sow with 5. but i would think 4-5 pretty rare
