Guess the age number 2, lol!

I got my info back as well. He dressed out at 185lbs. I'm not a big fan of whoever does the aging on these bear but I send a tooth off every year I get a bear anyway. I've had some ages come back that were guesses at best.

I was under the impression the cut the tooth and count the rings. Pretty hard to screw that up?

Looks like 2-3 to me. We've had hunters report back on bear we thought were 4-6 comeback 2. We had one we thought was 2-3 comeback 8. Dave and Karen are very good bear researchers.

We've had 20 inch skulls come back at 5 and 7 years old. I was told one year I shot a 6 month old which is a cub for crying out loud. Lol! They bombed all 3 of them.

Agree but for whatever reason some of the ages are so laughable. I'd say they get 75% of them right or close.
