I wouldn't have a problem with it. Im not sure its much different than using mineral for deer because you could never measure the dosage. I dont think the DNR would go for because it would be tough for them to get people to take the course if they know a guy could just run to the local Tractor Supply and grab some stuff.

I don't see a problem with it with proper training or guidelines to follow.
