2014 bear hunt recommendation?

I presently have 8 preference points for Wi.
Having never hunted bear, do I have a good chance of drawing in the 2014 Wi season?
If so, can anyone recommend what zone
and a good guide?
I prefer to stand hunt with archery tackle.

I don't really even know what zone is best?
This is all new to me.
Looks like Mike Foss is in zone D.
I'll explore any recommendations.

guides fill up fast and Foss is one of them.

He might recommend Jim Leahy out of Hayward.

Im hunting there this fall.....
