160lb dressed boar. When I shot him I figured he was a tad smaller In that 140lb range. My bow and arrow set up Is the same as the other video I posted. The arrow on this one went through the bear but stuck Into the log and snapped. That's where I found my broadhead. Bear went 90 yards. Double lung shot. I was pretty nervous with this bear. It was my 1st time filming and I wanted my shot and everything to go right. Everything went as planned.

Thanks my friend!! Yep, every other year the last three years. Prior to that we got drawn every year. 2009 was my 1st year with the camera In the tree. Nothing showed that year. Been fortunate the last 2 times I've been drawing with getting a bear and filming It. Filming yourself shooting something adds excitement to the hunt (at least for me It has).Edcyclopedia wrote:Another great one Steve Buddy!

did you dig the water hole? If so did you have to fill it or did you just rely on the rain? Great video thanks for sharing.

That hole was from the bear digging. There was water In there because we had lots of rain the night before.natvbearhntr wrote:did you dig the water hole? If so did you have to fill it or did you just rely on the rain? Great video thanks for sharing.
