Did I loose them?

I forgot to send in for my point this last year (2011)... Now I can't remember how the rules were and my question is do I loose all my preference points from the 4 years I sent in prior and I have to start over? Or is will they carry over if you miss a year?

I don't know where your from, but in Michigan you can skip 2 years without losing your points, when you miss the third consecutive year your points are wipped clean.

This is for WI from DNR regs...........

You must apply at least once every three years or your preference point total returns to zero.
