Hard to get to although very good hot spot for early morning

Just west along the tree line in about 15/20 yards of this huge oak tree (almost in the middle of field) is where my deer stand is. It is along the west wood edge, north is to my left or left side of this map. Wind blows from my left (N/west), deer come into the wind somewhat directly at me from the south / south east at times.....
Problem; How do I get to the stand in the morning not necessarily because of the wind but it seems as though deer see or hear me as I enter from the east, northeast. Currently most of this 17 acres is my winter wheat and corn...the deer bed along thick growth just adjacent to food crop, left side of map or along left side of oak tree, North. They also bed south of large oak tree, deep valley south facing. The deer seem to come out and head west, north/west into the alfalfa and winter wheat. I scout south of this field up high along the wood edge and see all deer in the bottom of the map, west of oak treewhere my stand is.
Very secluded, just west through the woods behind me is HWY 14.very busy road....deer scurt behind me once in while especially in the morning.
How do iget into the deer stand with bumping the deer, late afternoon is good but mornings are hard to get in....
Should I just hunt this as an afternoon hunt only?

Hey put this picture in paint or similar and mark on the map where the tree/stand is your trying to access. Also mark where you can park and if the top is not north, please mark north on the map. Also circle where you think the deer are bedding. From what I'm seeing it doesn't appear to be a very good morning area, but lets see what you mark up. How many acres is this (give us a scale of the property. Is it 1/4 square, 1/2 square, etc). Also would be interesting to see a bigger picture showing how the surrounding property looks. My first thoughts are the deer are in this field in the morning and your approach is going to spook them.

I can see your last topo ok. If it were me I might just save this for an evening spot, sometimes it is just impossible to access an area and not bump deer in the morning. You could try and get there 2+ hours early but you might still bump deer on the way in.

i used to hunt a piece of ground that had an almost impossible area for morning access. i avoided mornings and used it for a couple of evening hunts. it would be dynamite if i could only get in a morning hunt without blowing the deer out of the area. what i ended up doing was waiting until i had a few days off and i snuck back there at 11:00 pm. i set up my tree lounge stand (you can sleep in it without fear of falling out) and set my watch for a 5:30 am wake up. it worked so well i did a few more times that season. the area is now a subdivision.

It might be just crazy enough to work. I kind of remember suggesting the same thing to a hunter who had a buck bedding right behind a nice big box stand. Can we call it the camp out?
