Need Help On Property Layout

Is there anyone out there that can give me some input on setting up a piece of irregular property i own for TSI and habitat improvements? Im struggling, i have been doing research for years and i see a lot of mix opinions and methods. Im undecided and changing my ideas/ thoughts regularly. I dont want to ruin anything. Its 40 acres located in NY. Mixed terrain, 2 points of access, very narrow. I can DM more info, property maps. etc
