Small Kansas Lease/Help with set up

I am leasing a piece of property in SE Kansas for the 2013 season. this will be my first time to ever hunt Kansas or the midwest. below is a topo and aerial of the place it is 120 acres and it is configured of the 3 40 acre sections running north to south in the center of the photos. how do you guys think i should utilize the place? there is a public hunting area nearby where i will be camping that i will be hunting as well so i dont burn the 120 acres out. Thanks for any advice
