Sheds for 2010 Season

Unread postby huntinfool14 » Wed Apr 07, 2010 3:11 pm

I am officially finished looking for sheds this year unless i happen to stumble upon one during turkey season...didnt reach my goal of 50, but came really close with 46...ended up with 7 match sets, the biggest being 141" gross...not any giants but some nice potential for this upcoming season..sorry the date on my camera is wrong..and one of the sheds i had to give back to the landowner

Now thats a pile of sheds!! Congrads!! You should have plenty of 140 + inch bucks next year! I had a goal to break 50 sheds again this year aswell, but because of the snow I didnt even start shed hunting until Feb 28th (I broke the 40 shed mark last year by Feb 28th) and wasnt able to get out much after that. I ended my worst shed season in years with 26. But Im hoping to stumble across 24 more during turkey season. :D (even though I would be pleased as punch to find 3-4 more) Pike

Very nice! I'm totally jealous. :(
Sure makes my pile of sheds look pretty skimpy!

honestly, i actually could tell you the place, maybe not for all the little sheds but probably majority of them..that is something that i tell people its odd how i can remember that..most of the sheds i find i have some type of history with them, i either got them on camera or i passed them up..i like seeing how much they grow year to year
