More bears than bucks

My cams have been getting alot more bear than bucks. I may be able to get a shot at one this year with my bow.

i've only hunted bear in Canada. how does it work in PA? is bear season open during deer season allowing a target of opportunity?

They have 5 days to archery hunt bear the week after the deer archery season closes in november. Then they have a 3 day rifle bear season the week before deer rifle season comes in.

That is an awesome picture. I would love to have the chance to hunt bear some day. Would be fun to have the option to deer hunt while bear hunting. My family in MN has been hunting bear for years in the north. Fun stuff.
