Daniel boone national forest
I'm sure thers not a single hunter on here that hasn't dreamed of going to ky and hunting public there. That being said the Daniel Boone forest is enormous consisting of thousands of acres of unbroken habitat where the only edge in is likely terrain. My father in law has gotten pictures of some monsters behind his house but I cant bring myself to hunt in the same area. Where would you All start looking at. Creek bottoms or ridge tops where several come together. I'm going to be taking 2 weeks off soon and plan on devoting it to learning a couple areas and putting cameras out to soak until fall depending on sign.

Maybe try to find an area with ash trees that have died or an area that a windstorm or tornado came through. Both will cause that area to have a higher stem count than other areas and create a habitat change that could be money.
Luck is when preparation meets opportunity!!
