I had the same issue. I sent them a message and they walked me through how to correct the issue. They said if it was on my phone, which it was, I may need to try clearing my app data to make sure the app isn't storing any incorrect information. To do this, you have to go into your settings menu in your phone and find the onX Hunt app. Click the "storage" tab, then "clear data". They said this will require you to sign back in and will require you to download the saved offline map parameters to your device again. No content will be deleted though. This is what I did and my maps are working properly now.
