Unread postby Ohio84 » Sun Sep 01, 2019 4:56 am

Hey heres a map of an area ill be hunting probably the middle of october. Its 3 hours away and probably wont make it there till then.
- The NE corner is private and can be used for access.
- The trail on the NW is also probably access.
- I will be hunting from the ground or a tree saddle.
Really interested in any advice Thanks.

Not much to go on? Food sources and location / type, prevailing wind and is the top north? How much hunting pressure is there? Everyone's going to say off the leeward draw in the North East section (assuming up is north).

If there is any hunting pressure at all he will be on the that tiny flat adjacent to the draw in the southwest, watching toward the road with a west or southwest wind. Yes, I realize that isn't the leeward side.
