Deep wide creeks hunters don't cross them. Deer only cross at certain spots and travel along them. Hunting I'm pretty much alone in really hard to access spots.

I like saddles especially during the rut that are close to bedding especially if there is a transition going thru it.

When I'm hunting Kansas, Iowa, or Missouri, and won't put boots on the ground until the day I'm hunting, I like to focus on drainage or creek hubs.
