Look Like A Buck Bed?

Unread postby JMKro » Mon Jul 15, 2019 11:16 am

Found this in a thick area on the tip of a creek point. Four fresh rubs (from this past fall) surrounded the "bed", and the immediate area had lots of old rubs & grass that was laid over. What say the buck bed masters?

That's a good find buddy! There may be more beds around in there. It's crucial now to have a tree picked out to climb. Then leave it alone don't go back. Try and find more areas to hunt

Sure does!

Mark it on your GPS, pick your tree, have an idea of what wind he will bed there, think about what he can see/smell while bedded (assuming PM hunt) and plan your access accordingly.

Was this inside the bend of the creek or outside at the tip?

On the tip. Basically the same setup as a point that sticks out into a swamp/marsh.
