Can anyone tell me where online I can view satellite imagery from the last couple of days? I thought it was from MODIS but all I can find on there is Great Lakes imagery.
I'm interested in current snow depths in NE Iowa. I realize there might be next to none on sun facing slopes but I don't want to drive 4 1/2 hours to find a foot of snow in the bottoms.

You might also try weatherstreet.com. If you know the zip code for where you are going just plug that in. It will tell you snow depths and just about anything else weather related for that zip code ….
