Cyber scouting Tool
In my continous search for better mapping resources I have found a useful site some of you might enjoy. Link below.

Zoom into area of inrerest and click layer on top of map. I like the streatched hillshade layer.

Nice find man. You gave me something to do while I ride out this snow storm! The cuts really show up well on the stretched hillshade layer you mentioned. Check out the "USGS Hydro Cached" under basemap gallery. It shows a lot of overlooked little pot hole wetlands!

Re: Cyber scouting Tool
No problem, I use a lot of different map sources but the hillshade is derived from fairly high resolution lidar data. It is a lot easier to use the viewer than process the data.

freezeAR I have been searching for a couple months now, since I found this site and learned about the beast, for a Topo map or site that shows close elevation changes or closer intervals. Wasn’t too sure how to change the features and options, but I just went to the site and the 3DEP Elevation Auto Contours in the layer list just changed the game for me. Thanks for the link. Feel like figuring out Topo maps was the missing piece for me and being successful.
