Not sure if this is gana work but let me know.. I have yet to put boots on the ground and really explore this island, which google earth measures at 110 yards long and 70 yards wide... I’d have to wade and swim to get to it cause all other access is land locked.. but has anyone ever seen deer trails like this off a island?? the water looks pretty deep.. although I am not positive about them being deer trails yet I am almost certain they are cause you can see them in the cattails.. I was thinking of taking a trail camera in to set up on the middle of it... do deer normally bed with water surrounding them? I appreciate any info, opinions and help guys thanks!

Deer have no problem swimming
Ive seen them swim across cape may canal
Numerous times. They say they are actually good swimmers. And yes deer love too hed with watsr around them.
I would look into some kind of blowup raft kit. I wouldnt swim. Too many dangers involved. Who knows whats on the bottom. If its tidal you could have undeetow. Just too many risks. No deer is worth your life.
