Bucks don’t know where property lines are. They have no idea if part of there range is through your 10 acres. Good luck!!

Don't underestimate those lil properties, one of my best came out of a 3 acre patch of weeds. Often takes awhile to figure them out but they offer just as good of a chance as any. Good luck with it, bet it's a special feeling taking one off your own patch of dirt.

Yes their is 3 known bedding areas one is primary.
The primary west wind is on my neighbors about 80 yards from my property.
Their east wind - south wind bedding area is on my property corner which is a thick point.
Their is several beds right behind my house within sight with rubs all over the bedding area.
In spring I put in a water hole dug out with bulldozer.
My food plot is about half a acre imperial clover mix with chickory.
The man who owned this property before shot everything that walked obviously these outsmarted him easily.
My west neighbor has over 3000 acres just puts box stands in every field.
My north neighbor 18 acres does not hunt.
South neighbor 26 acres does not hunt.
East neighbor shoots everything that crosses his 5 acre piece from a box stand.

So what it sounds like to me is your in for a really good season as long as you don’t over hunt your spot
