viewing date change on google earth help please

how frustrating this google earth is. I have searched the internet till the end to try and find an updated directions so i can change the date range for the maps i am looking at. I saw things about clicking on a clock, looking under the view tab...none of that made sense to my actual screen. I am using a google chromebook as my device so i can't imagine it would be something only a desktop could pick up... any help on this is appreciated. thank you!

I also have had problems finding the time feature with no success.

I could be wrong but i think you need to download it to your computer first. Can't just go online to Google earth. I downloaded it and I have no trouble.

You need to download Google Earth Pro to get that feature.

You gotta download google earth pro to your computer
I went through the same crap when i came home from seeing dan on my new computer

Thanks for the feedback....I'll download it to my laptop...what's funny is you would think a Google device would be totally compatible with a Google program

Have you guys been able to download Google Earth without Google chrome. When I try tells me I need chrome and I'm having issues even downloading that. I'm about as green as they come on computers :lol:

does anyone know of the timeline feature being available on android devices? The only way I can see brown season pics on my phone is Google maps. Earth always has green pics.

Yeah the latest GoogleEarth plain jane app no longer has the timeline feature. As said you need GoogleEarth Pro.

I think you can only download Chrome if you have Google set up as 1 of your browsers.
