Any input on what you feel makes this a great property. One pic is an overview of the area, second is the actual property lines. 8 shooters shot off of property in last 5 years,3.5 or older. property is in BC.

1st off, people letting young deer grow up.
I would be willing to bet that the majority of bucks are shot during the rut. I also be that the majority are shot on a West wind. There are some good bedding spots on that ridge and I bet bucks cruise it looking for does.

I get a yearly subscription to mapcard. I really like it. another one i have been playing with is the wi dnr web view map on widnr site. What i like about that one is that you can get an overlay that breaks land down to individual 40 acre parcels. Nice for finding property lines on new pieces.

Yes, i believe 6 of the 8 were shot during rut. I havent been able to get down and scout it yet. Took the lease sight unseen, but friends down there know it well. Its a gun only lease, only one person will bowhunt it. cant wait to get on it and check it out

Good luck! Looks like some good big buck bedding potential in that North Western corner. ;)
