HillMap

Unread postby willsk85 » Wed Aug 16, 2017 3:31 am

Hey Guys,

Not sure if someone has posted about this, but I found an online software that can be used for checking out topography. What I like about this is that you can see the topo side by side with the aerial image. Really helps without having to go back and forth between the two. When you put a pin on the topo, it shows up in the aerial as well to help give a better perspective. In the drop down, choosing what map or top you want to look at, Caltopo is in there as well. However, I find myself using the "Map" with the 3D imaging. Hope this helps.
