Thanks, now that I know what to look for that makes more sense when I'm reading some of the posts.

I have been checking oxbows since reading about them on here last year. It seems that, in my area, this rule doesn't hold true. I am wondering if it is because these oxbows are very low and flat? I typically get back into bedding once I get away from the bottom and back into what little elevation we have around here. Hopefully I can find some oxbows that have bedding this year, they sound like fun hunts.
Go where none other dare to go, and there you'll find success.
