After reading many positive posts about Covert Customer Service on the Beast I purchased two trail cameras in 2014.
One of the cameras recently quit working. I returned the camera to covert asking for them to fix or replace the camera. Covert replaced the camera with a like newer model.
I had a new camera within 4 days of Covert receiving my broken camera.
Well done Covert, you've kept my business!

They are definitely setting the standard for CS.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

The camera was a 2013 camera that was purchased new in Oct 14. The camera was only used for four months (Sep 15 - Feb 16). It took photos for the first thirty days then mysteriously stopped.
They asked me for my proof of purchase and that was it. Camera replaced no other questions asked.
