I've seen guys post about measuring distance Google earth, but I can't figure out how to do it. Can you measure distance on an iPhone?

I think the only phone app that will take measurements is Measure Map. Google earth only has that feature on the desktop version.

Some of the gps apps have measuring capabilities. I know gps kit does, I use it all the time.

Antler Insanity app has a range finder option that can be used on the aerial maps. I use it all the time for figuring out exactly how far a known bed is from my stand.

GeoDistance is a great website for measuring distance. Not sure if it works on an iPhone or not though. http://www.geodistance.com

Antler insanity or hunt stand apps. Hunt stand can also measure acreage.

You can measure distance on Google Earth, but on the desk top version. The phone version does not have that feature nor the time slider for different views of the map. On the desktop version, there is a ruler in the icon bar above the map. Click that and a pop up box will give you the option to measure distances in yards, miles, feet, etc. It is a very handy feature.
