Saw my first hard horned buck of 2015 about 45 minutes ago while out glassing. Getting close now.

I have seen a few here and there. In about 2 weeks the majority of the bucks will be without velvet.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Had a bachelor group including a possible shooter right up on the side of the road tonight, at least one bigger one looked hard horned.

Just got back from shining with a friend. Saw a couple nice deer but saw the first hard horned buck of the fall and it was a nice 10pt. We got some very good pics of him that i will upload tomorrow sometime.

went shinning last night from 9pm-3 am ....seem some giants ....one for sure was out of velvet ...got some killer footage :L:

Yep, getting close...the final countdown begins, just about 1 month until the Michigan bow opener. The concern for the Michigan youth hunt and early doe gun hunt are really kicking in and tweaking my nerves as of late...
