Could b cactus buck... an injury to the testicles or complete castration causes it from what ive read.

Some does will grow horns, and they usually don't shed all the velvet or sometimes any of it.

Escape from game farm? My buddy shot a Antlered doe in Nov gun season In wisconsin full velvet. It took a long time for guy to come tag it because of velvet kinda ridiculous.

Some disease can produce that can of rack too.

Did you get a clear pic of the third deer? Was it a doe or a shed buck? To me these two racked deer look a lot like the antlered does I've seen pictues of. Those were often in velvet during hunting season and the racks were usually mangled like these ones. If you can identify the third as a doe, my guess is that these two are antlered does. First time I see of two together though. Google images of "antlered doe" to see.

I agree with the doe theory also.. possibly a trait passes on from mother to daughter.
