Worth another look for buck bed?
Could this be used for a buck bed? Views from "bed": Location: I know it's not good for winter, but how about the rest of the year? No buck sign in immediate area. Would it be worth going back to in the spring to recheck?

I'm new to this but in spots I've been finding on points in the marsh they have a little more front cover by the beds. I'm not sure if that is a general rule or not but it seems to be a pattern for me.

Maybe... Hard to say without seeing it right there.

Re: Worth another look for buck bed?
I thought about digging through the snow but figured I'd disturb things too much. The red brush didn't really show up on the aerials. It was all ice around with tufts of marsh grass growing out of it. Don't know how deep the water/muck is going to be. If they had to, would they swim?

I've dug through the snow before looking for beds, it can work but gets old after a while so now I only dig when I have a really good feeling about a spot.
