I dont have the experience as some others here, but here goes. If it were me, I would start by scouting the north and west sides of the wet area(from in the woods). Look for buck beds just out in the wet on small dry humps or brush. One tree or bush could have a buck bed. The south and east sides look long, continuous, and boring to me at first glance. The are a couple points and isolated trees on the north and west sides Id be checking first. I can only see whats in the pic so I'm guessing they go to those big fields to feed at the top right. Hope that helps get started.

I would take a look at all of the fingers and points sticking out would be my first. Then trans lines.
